don't buy those matts, they are about 1/2 or 1/3 the thickness and comfort of this one. For the quality of this mat, it should cost more money really. I can use this as a mat for my sleeping bag too if i wanted. It's held up well in the last few weeks too.

Very good for the price! - Nicku -
I bought this mat for sit-ups specifically. I was nervous that because it was cheap, the foam would be very thin. It turned out that the mat wasn't thin at all when compressed and it is well worth the money.
